ni pon tumpang kt umah MIL
haru betul dpt menantu mcm ni
dh la jenguk umah mak seminggu bape kali je
asal balik, dok tenung laptop je...

btw, last fri, 14 Jan, was myPerson's birthday
for the first time, for the last almost 5 years,
i tak plan ahead

mentang² dh kawin, kalau tak beli hadiah pon takpe
lagi pon dh bape kali i tanye dia nk hadiah ape
dia akan ckp "xpe...x pyh hadiah dah...ni kt depan ni lah hadiah paling 'besar'..."
haih...mcm mane lah saya tak jatuh cinta dgn awak??!!!
suke tau wat ayat2 manis gitu... ''___''

anyhoo, takkan la i wat dunno je on his bday kan
dh la first bday as my dear husband kan

so i buat la something 'surprise sikit' utk dia...

jumaat tu, diam², i amik half day
cuak betol masa tu
ye la...dh la tak mintak izin nk cuti dr suami
pastu boleh lagi legar² beli brg kt tesco
masa tu tawakal je byk²
betol takut sbb keluar tanpa izin suami.. :(
tp sbb btol² nekad nk wat surprise utk dia.....

takmolah citer detail sgt
fast forward ke masa dia blk

supposedly dia abis keje 5.30
so kalau betol on time, 5.45-5.50, dia akan smpai umah
so by that time, i dh ready dh kt umah
selang 30 saat, i tiptoed ke pintu umah
ngendap kt pintu tgk dia dh smpai belom

sekali kol 6 dia call, tanye i dh kt umah belom
cos dia baru nk kua opis... '__'
haih...pnat je i excited sesorg

dgr dia kate gitu
i lepak² jap tgk tv suria..ade tom tom bak masa tu

tunggu punye tunggu...
tepat pukul 6.23, org yg dinanti smpai

i dgr dia dh smpai dpn pintu

tp i lek je dulu
kasi dia tenung ni dulu

dh lama i impikan saat ni
i mean the moment that i could by a card
that says "My Husband"

tapi rupenye, tak byk kad utk birthday suami eh
i searched high and low for such card
kebykan is for anniversary...
yg ade ni pon cam tak bape cantik
tapi i rembat je coz its the only card yg i jumpe
ade perkataan "birthday" and "husband".. :)

bile dia ketuk pintu, baru i bukak
sengih² member smbil pegang kad tu
hihihih

masuk² umah, he was welcomed with this
 

he was....surprised!
truly surprised cos he said he'd never thought i'd do all this for him
;)

later while he got changed
i hidangkan our special dinner
which are all his favourite!
the menu?

roti jala and kari ayam for the main dish

excuse the messiness...dh separuh jln mkn baru teringat nk snap... '__'

and of course, a slice of chocolate and blueberry cheese cake each for dessert

there's nothing more serene than
a sight of your dear birthday husband
enjoying a meal,
specially prepared by you
pulak tu tak habis² puji kata sedap

and that, makes him a happy man!
