Over the weekend!

syukur alhamdulillah
my fever subsides by friday evening
but am still in progress of finishing up the antibiotics


so wiken aritu
ok. for the next few weeks
sampai end of feb,
my wiken actually refers to saturday
ONLY saturday

coz im working on sunday, remember?
but InsyaAllah, by March,
I'll start off my new job
nearer to our home
and its 5 days working
woooohhhoooooo!!!!
seems like ages since i had my sundays by myself
am totally looking forward to enjoy my 'real' weekends! :)

in the meantime, i'll suck it up :(

so last saturday,
ingat dpt la nk bangun lambat kannnn
oh mmg tak dpt laaaa
myPerson is a morning person
pas subuh, tido blk
then kol 8 dia dh bangun, and put on Step Up dvd
mcm mane laaa i nk terus tdo ble dgr lagu beat² gitu kan
Step Up with a toast of butter and strawberry jam
best! :)

right after, kemas² umah
mcm biasa, those weekly routines lah kan
salin cadar, mop, vacuum and such
then prepare lunch

what we had for lunch?

clock wise : sambal belacan, kari ikan bawal, pedal goreng, kobis + tahu telur

this kinda meal, hanya boleh available seminggu sekali je di rumah kami

I had to agree with his deal of once a week rice menu

so hari lain, mmg tak de la lauk pauk bagai

ptg tu, smbl tgk Dil Se (can u believe that its him who insisted on watching that?!),
dia terigt yg dia dh mkn byk tadi,
ajak i gi jogging
after asar, around 5.15 gitu,
bersiap lah kami

kami beriadah dkat je ngan umah
kt Seri Alam
ade tasik, jog track, playground
angin lak sepoi2 bahasa...

lupe nak bawak ke umah
with this, camne lah i nk jog kan?????

btw, last fri, 14 Jan, was myPerson's birthday
for the first time, for the last almost 5 years,
i tak plan ahead

mentang² dh kawin, kalau tak beli hadiah pon takpe
lagi pon dh bape kali i tanye dia nk hadiah ape
dia akan ckp "xpe...x pyh hadiah dah...ni kt depan ni lah hadiah paling 'besar'..."
haih...mcm mane lah saya tak jatuh cinta dgn awak??!!!
suke tau wat ayat2 manis gitu... ''___''

anyhoo, takkan la i wat dunno je on his bday kan
dh la first bday as my dear husband kan

so i buat la something 'surprise sikit' utk dia...

jumaat tu, diam², i amik half day
cuak betol masa tu
ye la...dh la tak mintak izin nk cuti dr suami
pastu boleh lagi legar² beli brg kt tesco
masa tu tawakal je byk²
betol takut sbb keluar tanpa izin suami.. :(
tp sbb btol² nekad nk wat surprise utk dia.....

takmolah citer detail sgt
fast forward ke masa dia blk

supposedly dia abis keje 5.30
so kalau betol on time, 5.45-5.50, dia akan smpai umah
so by that time, i dh ready dh kt umah
selang 30 saat, i tiptoed ke pintu umah
ngendap kt pintu tgk dia dh smpai belom

sekali kol 6 dia call, tanye i dh kt umah belom
cos dia baru nk kua opis... '__'
haih...pnat je i excited sesorg

dgr dia kate gitu
i lepak² jap tgk tv suria..ade tom tom bak masa tu

tunggu punye tunggu...
tepat pukul 6.23, org yg dinanti smpai

i dgr dia dh smpai dpn pintu

tp i lek je dulu
kasi dia tenung ni dulu

dh lama i impikan saat ni
i mean the moment that i could by a card
that says "My Husband"

tapi rupenye, tak byk kad utk birthday suami eh
i searched high and low for such card
kebykan is for anniversary...
yg ade ni pon cam tak bape cantik
tapi i rembat je coz its the only card yg i jumpe
ade perkataan "birthday" and "husband".. :)

bile dia ketuk pintu, baru i bukak
sengih² member smbil pegang kad tu
hihihih

masuk² umah, he was welcomed with this
 

he was....surprised!
truly surprised cos he said he'd never thought i'd do all this for him
;)

later while he got changed
i hidangkan our special dinner
which are all his favourite!
the menu?

and of course, a slice of chocolate and blueberry cheese cake each for dessert

there's nothing more serene than
a sight of your dear birthday husband
enjoying a meal,
specially prepared by you
pulak tu tak habis² puji kata sedap

and that, makes him a happy man!

pertelingkah kecil, merajuk, memujuk tu masih terjadi

btw, on another note, kami sudah officially moved in to our new crib
dh 3 mlm dh, since saturday, 8 Jan
Alhamdulillah,
though its not completely complete yet, kami bersyukur
dpt jugak kami berdikari

though mase tu dh nk hampir sebulan kami bergelar suami isteri yg sah
tak pe la....its never too late to start a new life kan
yg penting, kami dh usaha... :)

and since then, I dh berjaya masak maggi,
mihun goreng singapore and jemput² ikan bilis for tea break
nuggets, hotdogs and omelette for breakfast

i'm starting real slow here
belom berkesempatan utk masak nasi n lauk pauk yet
hubs is on no-rice diet
tu yg masak simple² je dulu
tp bile pegi umah org, hidang nasi, dia belasah je... T__T

nevertheless, I'm so looking forward to present more variety foods on our dining table box/stool
yeap...kami masih makan di atas kotak
its fun...really!!! u should try it! '__'
ngeh!!!

Update on Our 'so-called-Casa'

this was last week

kami berpiknik di rumah sendiri
ye lah...umah kosong lagi masa tu...
maka nye, makan atas lantai je laaa
beralaskan kadbod
kalau ayah tgk ni, kompem dia terus belikan dining table. as if!!!!
pffffftttttttt..hihihi


masa tu ari isnin
kt tmn rinting ade pasar malam,
so tapau tahu bakar, kuih bakar and drinks
singgah umah sewa jap, nk kemas serba sikit

keje i, ni

pasang langsir
sliding door sebesar alam
bende ni la yg paling penting sebelom kite 'isi' kan umah
kang org sekodeng, mana kite tau kan kan kan

and him, dh name lelaki kan...
tang ni la yg paling dia pentingkan...

ni pon dh menggeletis, takde astro
it just happens that masa ni laaa astro konon nk update system
so though dh register, we have to wait myb for another 1-2 months for the installation
lambat gils...takpe...
dok jb ni, cenel spore pon dh cukup best!



btw, the main purpose of this entry
is nk post yg fridge and washing machine dh sampai!!!!

the thing is, diorg hanya deliver, tak tolong pasang
tu la masalahnye

tp rezeki kami, someone gave us JJ voucher as wedding gift
so we decided to use it for bende besar mcm ni
snang nk igt... :)

advice to others,
personally, i rase, benda sebesar and mahal mcm ni,
elakkan la beli kt pasaraya besar
better beli kt kedai2 lektrik biasa je
sebab dpt tawar harge
plus, untung², dpt free gift
bukan takat downy and dynamo, silap², rice cooker pon bole dpt tau...
nnt kalau ade prob pon, snang nk deal kalao dgn kedai biasa
kalau dh pasaraya gitu, asek berpassing² je la nanti

plus, korg mungkin tak akan kene drama
"esok baru kami hantar, driver balik awal lah kak"
bile dh esok, "esok baru dpt hantar, driver tak nak hantar mlm"
stresssss haku!!!!

and after dekat sejam,
berpeluh ketiak berdua,
terhasillah ini

nampak kan dapur gas kt tepi kanan tu....
tu bukan hiasan je tauuuu
sbb kan kitorg ni jakun gile,
dan dan tu gak try machine
basuh 1 set of bedsheet

so sementara nk tunggu siap basuh,
kite panaskan la enjin stove

Ya Allah...its the best meal we've ever had....
sumpah sedap gileeeee
hihihhihhihi.... ;)
