And so far, it wasn’t really smooth sailing,

Semalam kan cuti 1st Ramadhan for Johor
So Ahad tu, balik dari KL,
we decided to sleepover kt Kempas
kira sahur sana laaa
as usual, 4.30, I bangun, and whip up dishes utk sahur for the whole family
dibantu oleh girl laaa
kesian dia…pas ni dia kene masak sorang² pagi²
takpe..she can do it punye!
Btw, I managed to cooked lemak timun, fried chicken wings, telur dadar and sambal belacan for the first sahur
Simple, tapi sedap amat….
Alhamdulillah
After solat subuh, we decided to make a move
By 6.45, sampai umah,
Set the washing machine to run at 11am
Terus pengsan dua²
Mana taknye, penat travel dr KL tak hilang lagi
Tak cukup tidur pun
I’ll share on the KL trip bits later
Tapi tu pon maybe penat teramat, I tido tak bape lena
Kejap² terjaga
Last², kol 12.30 dua² terjaga
Tapi sambung golek² sampai azan zohor
I know, tak elok tido lama² time puasa, tapi mmg keletihan gile
After mandi and solat,
I sidai baju and did some ironing
Setakat 2 pasang for hubs and me each
Tapi letih dia, mcm org lari marathon 5km
Dada berdebar semacam (infact ni as I type pon I felt the same)
I’m not sure mmg penat, or effect of lapar
Mmg ade rase lapar, tapi I rase mcm boleh tahan
So I terus baring
Sempat terlena dekat sejam,
Bangun solat asar, then siap² nk buka kt umah Mak (MIL) pulak
Sblm tu, sempat singgah Tesco, beli beras
Then singgah PaRam Tmn Rinting
Beli lauk ayam masak merah je
Entah eh, tak bape lalu sgt tgk makanan byk² smlm
Mak pon tak masak sgt
Banyak beli dari PaRam je
Hasilnye, ade ayam percik, asam pedas ikan sembilang, murtabak, sata and air katira
Alhamdulillah
Semua habis
After buka tu, rest jap,
Solat maghrib, then siap² gi terawih
Alhamdulillah, dpt jugak terawih kali ni
Its our first as married couple…rase sgt special…
Walau dapat buat 8 rakaat je
Itu pon, rase cenoneng skit
And pagi tadi, kami sahur di rumah sendiri
Hubs biasanya tak sahur pon
Tapi bak kata mak, kalau ade makanan depan mata, diorang ni mkn je.. ;)
Pagi tadi i buat egg sandwich for myself
And fried some chicken nuggets and milo for him
Nampaknya, sahur ringan sebegitu is not gonna work for me
Cos by 11 am tadi, I dah mula rase lembik
Therefore, lesson learnt la kan
Mmg takde shortcut laaa
I need rice for sahur
So pas ni, harus pastikan merajinkan diri utk masak,
Walau setakat telur gorang and kicap pon
InsyaAllah
p/s: I really prayed hard that I could get through this ramadhan successfully.
