where to settle down one you got hitched?!
we've been discussing on this, way before we planned to get married
i mean, masa tu mmg la nnt plan nk kawin
tp belom la serius sgt ke ape (read: belom tunang)

back then, we've always wanted a place, we called...home
4 letters, 1 word,  thousands of meanings, full of love....home

and we've always dreamed of a single story terraced house
at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
not too big, nor too small
just nice to fit the two of us
and families (when they come and visit)
and not to forget, our (future) kids

yes. we did not dream BIG!
we did not aimed for a rumah besar, bertingkat², byk gile bilik,
siap ade swimming pool, ade gym, ade futsal court, bowling alley
ok dh merapik

basically, we preferred a modest type of life
yg jalan sini, akan jumpe org, jalan sana jumpe org
taknak laa smapai kene jalannnn jauhhhh (read: masih dlm rumah)
tapi baru jumpe salah seorg penghuni nye
faham tak? takpe laaa
this is my opinion laaa
lain org, lain keinginan dia kan

lagi pon, we r starting from now
from just the two of us
kalau dok umah besar², i jugak yg kene kemas
i jugakkk yg takut bile kene tinggal sesorg nnt

back then juge, we've decided tak nk dok umah apartment
simply because, i sgt takut nk naik lif sesorg
i sgt malas nnt kalau blk dr shopping groceries,
kene turun naik dr kete ke umah, angkat brg
n i sgt takut parking di bwh blok (read: kalau mlm, sgt sunyi n sepi.seram!)

other than those points,
i did teringin nak dok apartment
mcm cosy sgt!

tp kt jb ni, harga sewa apartment, kdg² lagi mahal dr umah atas tanah
i mean with that kind of money u're paying for the apartment,
u can actually get a pretty nice terraced house
ade tanah! lagi untung kalau ter-dpt corner lot
yeap.kt jb belom semahal KL, tp mahal juge!

btw, since we've decided to get married,
all these plans we had, happened to be....changed!
we felt its more appropriate to stay with his mom
lg pon, skrg ni, kt umah dia
its only his mom and him
just the two of them

kalau weols dok sendiri, kesian mak dia tinggal sorg
dh la dia tak berapa sihat
and i, agreed. thou its a bit far from my workplace
i don't mind. its the least i can do.

sejak kebelakangan ni
the thought of having a place on our own,
sgt menghantui kami
we really did want to stay on our own
maybe belom tahap membeli, tapi at least dpt menyewa pon jadi laaaa

so skrg we're scouting for a place
somewhere between kempas and pasir gudang
preferably, anywhere by the the pasir gudang highway
potential area : bandar seri alam, permas jaya, tmn molek, johor jaya

to rent or even to buy
we're considering both
tapi kalau buy, nk umah bawah shj
kalau rent, we're considering apartments too

so anyone, kalau ade "lobang" or happens to know
ade rumah untuk disewa/dijual
within the mentioned area,
please do share yeah....
