ntah laa..I rase mcm best jeee kalau dpt lari and lari tanpa rase penat

so thats what I did
erm. not run. but jog to start with.
impossible la tetibe nk lari kannnn
ade yg tulang berterabur tgh2 jln
sedangkn jog ni pon dh termengah2, apetah berlari kan
I admit, mase first day jog tu,
mmg tak motivated langsung
baru jog kejap, dh termengah2
jog nye seminit, jalan nye 5 minit
macam mane tu????
but come to second and third time
I jadi makin bersemangat
masih mengah, but dpt la jog 5 minit, jalan 2 minit
ok laa kannnn
sbb jalan pon bukan lenggang kangkung
tapi fast paced
mase first time tu lagi laaaa
I rase dh jog lame gile..
mcm nk putus nyawa pon ade
tp bile tgk jam....
What???baru 10 minit aku jog????
tp lepas2 tu, ok laaa
sbb dh seronok kan
so biasenye I spent 30-45 minutes laaa
depends on timing
yg penting, sblm maghrib, balik!
my aim is, on my tenth session,
I can jog up the hill, instead of walking

except for eyeliner smudges
byk yg I earn and gain dr new hobby ni
some are:
- I drank more plain water....at least 750ml every day...masih tak cukup...but at least, better than seblm ni yg nk abeskn 1 botol 500ml pon susa
- dapat guna function Walkmate dlm my phone.kalo tak sblm ni mmg tak pakai pon..so from there, I monitor my progress...not accurate, but still...better than nothing kan
- jogging is much more fun while listening to the music...lelagi ngan hp baru ni kan..bunyi mmg superb laaaa...i siap dh wat satu playlist utk jogging...
- I rase my life is much more interesting. at least its no more just home-office-shopping complex-movie jek..from air-cond to air-cond...tak de udara segar langsung! so now I dh ade activity yg best to look forward to plus, it's refreshing!
- unlike swimming, I tak payah fork out money to jog...sblm ni I swim kt Nusa Mutiara...RM5 per session...so seminggu sekali je laaa..tak mampu nk 3 4 kali...so now its free, its a bonus la kannn..takde alasan tak pegi..unless hujan..or puasa.
for a beginner
yeap, it's tiring
and otot peha and betis adelah sgt sakit especially bila baring
tp I felt sgt motivated to run
I betol2 nk boleh run
not just jog
one fine day, I'll run!

p/s: hopefully it will last long...Amin.
p/p/s: I still miss him. a lot. hope he's doing just fine.
