Blood Pressure

well, this is a postponed entry

mama is having an opt next month
before an opt, she needs to do several tests and present it to the anaesthetist
those tests are blood tests, ECG and X-rays
so bile jumpe anaesthetists, all the tests seem to be fine
except for her blood pressure (BP)

mama mmg ade hypertension n diabetese
but its all under medication la
so sume under control

somehow, mase jumpe anaesthetist tu, BP mama very high
200/190 mmHg
oh.sgt tinggi ok. infact, terlampauuuu tinggi
tp i tau, the reading went extremely high bcoz mase cek tu, mama tgh stress
stress sbb dok menunggu
biasela, govt hospital kn...

but still, they asked me to monitor her BP from day to day
in order to monitor it, kene la ade BP kit tu kn
so yours truly, beli kn la my mom kit tu
murah je... x smpai 200 bucks pon
ade la yg lg mahal siap ade memory bagai
tp i beli yg paling simple jek

140/84 mmHg !!!! tingggi ok!!!!!!

nombor atas tu presents ur systolic pressure,
tgh is diastolic pressure and last is ur pulse rate

note:
Systolic (nombor bhgn atas): below 120 (normal)
Diastolic (nombor bhgn bawah): below 80 (normal)

normal reading: below 120/80 mmHg
preHypertension : 120/80 to 139/89 mmhg
High Blood pressure : 140/90 and above
